Consultation times are available 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday, and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

For each strategy consultation, we will:

  • Thoroughly review your CV/resume and all additional documentation and information to assess the strengths, weaknesses and any red flags in your application;
  • Research the details of the program you are applying to for any additional considerations;
  • Guide you through our detailed assessment of the areas needing improvement; and
  • Provide a list of concrete actions to take to address and enhance them.*

Step 1: Get Started

  3. Now, select the number of hours you would like. The fee is based on the number of hours. Strategy Consultations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and are often available as soon as within 1 business day.

    This displays your quote.

  4. To purchase the service, provide the additional information requested (e.g., specialty for which you are applying, the particular program or region being targeted, and a unique name for the application) and upload your CV/resume (for medical residency – U.S., you can use your ERAS Application) and any other reference files (e.g., personal statement, LORs).

    The additional information requested will depend on the program type selected for the application.

    We accept MS Word or PDF files for the requested CV/resume file and any additional supporting documents.

Step 4: Receive Your Application Review & Strategy Consultation Notes

As soon as we have completed our Application Review & Strategy consultation notes, you will receive an email notification, and the status of your service will be updated in My Account. If there is a remainder due, your next step will be to pay it to receive our Application Review & Strategy consultation notes.

Consultation notes are released once the total fee for the service(s) in your order has been paid. Consultation notes are both sent by email and made available for download directly from My Account.

The email containing your Application Review & Strategy consultation notes will provide the name and contact information of the consultant who completed the service for you. It will provide a link to instructions on how to review our notes, including how to accept and reject track changes and to remove sidebar comments.

Consultant name and contact information will also be posted in My Account.

Step 5: Follow up With Any Questions

If after reviewing our Application Review & Strategy consultation notes you have questions about our feedback or recommendations, please contact your consultant directly by email. You may expect to receive a response to your email within 1 business day.
