Session 1: Goal Setting & Strategy
In Session 1, you meet one-on-one over Zoom with your interview coach to establish your specific goals and expectations to get the most out of your interview coaching experience.
In this session, you and your interview coach will accomplish:

Establishing your strengths and weaknesses as a candidate and the specific concerns you have for your upcoming interviews;
-
Going over strategies for leveraging both your strengths and your weaknesses in your interviews;
-
Coaching you in best practices for answering both the common questions you can expect in your interviews as well as any particular questions you are concerned about;
-
Establishing expectations and how to prepare for the mock interviews, assessments and strategy sessions you will complete with your interview coach; and
-
Guiding you in creating your Vision Statement, which will serve as your foundation for your interviews.
Session 2: Mock Interview & Assessment
In Session 2, your interview coach will conduct a recorded one-on-one mock video interview and detailed assessment tailored to the goals and expectations established in Session 1.
In this session, you and your interview coach will accomplish:

Testing your particular interview strengths and weaknesses via a mix of standard, unexpected and custom questions;
-
Testing your implementation of the best practices discussed in Session 1 in answering standard questions;
-
Testing your implementation of the strategies developed in Session 1 for answering questions you are concerned about;
-
At the conclusion of the mock interview, assessing in detail your interview performance relative to the goals and strategies established in Session 1;
-
Identifying adjustments for you to make to better achieve those goals and strategies; and
-
Identifying any questions needing further practice.
Session 3: Interview & Strategy Session
In Session 3, your interview coach will conduct a follow-up recorded interview and strategy session to put into practice everything you learned in Sessions 1 and 2.
In this session, you and your interview coach will accomplish:

Re-testing the standard, unexpected and custom questions identified in Session 2 as needing further practice;
-
Testing the adjustments identified in Session 2 for better achieving your interview goals and strategy;
-
At the conclusion of the mock interview, assessing in detail your interview performance relative to the goals and strategies established in Session 1 and adjustments and further practice discussed in Session 2;
-
Optionally, identifying specific, tailored questions you can ask to your interviewer that will help you stand out as a candidate; and
-
Providing any additional assistance you and your interview coach may think of to ensure you are best prepared for your interviews.
Additional Rounds
Following completion of the above three interview preparation sessions, you may purchase as many additional sessions as you like and tailor those sessions to best prepare you to excel in your upcoming interviews.
Session Recordings
Unless you indicate otherwise, each session will be recorded as an invaluable tool in the interview preparation process. Each session recording is kept strictly private and will be shared with you, and only you, along with the session notes from your interview coach, for your reference following the session.
Scheduling
Each session lasts one to two hours.
Sessions are preferably scheduled during our regular business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday, with after-hours and weekend options available. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
