I work with applicants for medical residency and medical fellowship who are competing for highly sought-after programs and specialties, as well as candidates who need to overcome red flags or other weaknesses in their applications in order to match successfully.
For medical residency, this includes international medical graduates and U.S. medical graduates applying to programs in the United States and Canada—often applicants with one or more adverse elements in their medical school experience or application.
For medical fellowship, I work with applicants who completed or are completing residency training in the United States and are applying to fellowship programs in the United States, as well as candidates from Saudi Arabia applying to fellowship programs in Saudi Arabia or Canada.

My understanding of how program directors evaluate applicants comes from years of direct work with candidates, long-standing professional relationships with physicians and program directors, and sustained experience helping applicants where strong credentials alone were not enough.
